What data we process

When we contact you by email, we use business contact details that are publicly available, for example on your company's website: your name, business email address, company and role. We also keep the emails we exchange with you.

Why, and on what legal basis

To contact businesses about possible cooperation and to learn about their work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who has access

Only us. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which acts as our processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

• Access, correct or delete your data.
• Object to processing at any time. Reply "no thanks" or write to us, and we will not contact you again.
• Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
